Research Interests: Structural Optimization, Approximations in structural analysis, Nonlinear Optimization algorithms, Sensitivity and perturabation of optima, Limit analysis, Unilateral problems, Behavior Modeling of granular materials, Design with smart materials, Structural dynamics, Identification and damage detection, Biomechanics applications.
