GRADUATE STUDENT REGISTRATION In order to be eligible for the reduced fee for graduate students, all of the  following conditions must be met.   Your advisor should certify that you're enrolled in a graduate program. (Please enclose such a letter with the registration form.)  Your advisor must participate in the conference as a fully paid participant OR you (the student) are attending the conference without presenting a paper.  If your advisor has paid the full registration fee, then you may register at the lower rate and also present a paper at the conference.
